    Brad Federman is the founder of Performancepoint, LLC in Memphis, Tennessee. He has more than 25 years of corporate experience in various aspects of human resources including performance management and employee engagement, employee compensation, executive recruiting, change management and instructional design. He is a best-selling author of three books: Cultivating Culture, 101 Great Ways to Enhance Your Career, and Employee Engagement.

     

    Demetria Miles-McDonald, Decide Diversity

    Demetria Miles-McDonald is the Founder and CEO of Decide Diversity, a training and consulting firm rooted in the science of DEI. Demetria specializes in developing sustainable practices that make it easy for everyone to contribute to and benefit from DEI. She created the Table of Diversity in 2015 as a way to talk about and describe Intersectionality. Since then, the Table of Diversity has been referenced in hundreds of Demetria's presentations; utilized by practitioners in HR, DEI, leadership, and business; translated into other languages and cultures; and downloaded by thousands of people all over the globe.

    Tiffany Cardwell is the Senior Manager at Cherry Bekaert Advisory, LLC. She has more than 20 years of experience in domestic and global human resources within the banking, finance, food, beverage, healthcare, insurance and manufacturing industries. She lends her expertise to assist clients with acquisitions, diversity, equity& inclusion (DEI), employee engagement, leadership development, performance management, compensation, total rewards and workforce planning. Tiffany is an active community leader and serves on the KYSHRM State Council.

     

    Katie Walker, Kentucky Chamber of Commerce

    Katie Walker joined the Kentucky Chamber Foundation as the Western Kentucky Hospital TPM® Regional Pipeline Manager in June 2023. As a Regional Pipeline Manager, Katie works with Kentucky Hospital Association to bridge the workforce gap in the healthcare industry.
