    Why Join Four Rivers SHRM?

    Founded in 1997, the Four Rivers SHRM serves its membership by providing professional development opportunities and information relevant to the ever-changing environment of human resource management. Membership is not required to attend any of our virtual chapter meetings or receive our communications.

    Four Rivers SHRM Membership provides: voting rights, committee involvement, a pathway to leadership roles, opportunities for scholarship funding, Chapter award nominations, and it covers the cost of materials, speakers, meals at our Chapter biannual events (June and September), and our annual Professional Development Conference held each March.
     
    In addition to all the other membership benefits we offer; our Chapter financially supports members seeking SHRM-CP certification. When you register and pay for the Kentucky SHRM 12-Week Prep Course, we will reimburse 50% of your registration cost. Saving our you hundreds of dollars in the process. Our only ask is that you commit to maintaining Chapter membership for two years after reimbursement.
