Participate in the State of HR Report
You’re invited to participate in a survey on the state of HR in the US. No one in HR is having an easy time. Yet on the cusp of the pandemic’s third year, some companies doing better — or worse — than others. Why? We want to know. Well, actually, we want you to know. That’s why we’ve developed this survey. In many ways, the pandemic has been like a natural disaster. It’s difficult to assess its impact on the ground, and its influence will last for years. This survey captures the details and lets us zoom out to analyze the changes in aggregate.
We want to know things like:
• How have HR priorities shifted?
• Which issues keep HR up at night?
• Who’s investing more — or less — in HR? And in which areas?
• How has health and safety affected business operations?
