The one-day event will include two key notes speakers and three break-out sessions, with each speaker presenting a morning and an afternoon session. The speaker topics to go along with our theme include leadership, employee engagement, the new generation Human Resource, employees’ well-being, HR analytics, recruiting & retaining employees (and tools to use to track), and disaster preparedness, which will include a speaker and panelist of local business representatives who have experienced a disaster.
